Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Dazzling Route, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Dazzling Route provides professional photography and video production services, including but not limited to:

• Commercial photography
• Video production and filming
• Post-production and editing services
• Creative consultation and planning
• Digital media delivery

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation
• Remaining balance is due within 30 days of project completion
• Late payment charges of 2% per month may apply to overdue accounts
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the scheduled date: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund

4.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance are free of charge. Requests made within 14 days may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

5.1 Copyright

Dazzling Route retains copyright of all images and videos created. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their contract.

5.2 Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive:

• Non-exclusive rights to use delivered content for agreed purposes
• Rights to use content for marketing and promotional purposes
• No rights to sell, redistribute, or sublicense content to third parties

5.3 Portfolio Usage

Dazzling Route reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited by contract.

6. Delivery and File Formats

• Digital files are delivered via secure online gallery or cloud storage
• Standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks for photography, 4-8 weeks for video projects
• Rush delivery available for additional fee
• Files are available for download for 90 days after delivery

7. Limitation of Liability

Dazzling Route's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue restrictions, etc.)
• Equipment failure due to external factors
• Third-party actions or negligence
• Consequential or indirect damages

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemic restrictions.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

10. Image/Video Model Releases

Client is responsible for obtaining necessary model releases and permissions for any individuals appearing in commissioned content. Dazzling Route is not liable for any claims arising from inadequate permissions.

11. Backup and Archive Policy

• Project files are backed up during production
• Completed projects are archived for 12 months
• After 12 months, files may be deleted unless storage extension is purchased
• Raw files and outtakes are typically not included in delivery

12. Quality Standards

We strive to deliver the highest quality work. If you are not satisfied with delivered content, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve any quality issues at no additional cost.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
